After having obtained the regulatory and competition approvals that conditioned the completion of the operation, the Bolloré Group announced on December 21st 2022, the sale of 100% of Bolloré Africa Logistics to the MSC Group. The sale concerns all the Bolloré Group’s transport and logistics activities in Africa.
The Bolloré Group will retain a significant presence in Africa, in particular through Canal+ and will also continue its development in numerous sectors such as communication, entertainment, telecoms and publishing.
